Every item is unique and time consuming to finish. Can not accept any on purposed damaged good return.
Due to the hygiene purpose, all earrings are not available for return.
Clients are more than welcome to contact our store if there is any quality issues (not include the accidental damaged by buyer).
Buyer need to make sure the item return received by store without used condition and need to keep the original label to receive the refund. Lost package due to buyer shipment is not considered an efficient return.
